Urgent Care/Walk In Dental Clinic

A Community Service, Volunteer Program

For Whom: People who do not have a dentist and are:

• Low income & uninsured (may have MA or CHIP)
• All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
• No residency requirements

Cost: $20.00 per visit (paid at visit)  No billing to MA (CASH OR CHECK ONLY)

When: Walk In – No Appointments – First Come – First Served

Tuesdays, 5:30 pm to 7:45 pm Every Tuesday-sign up sheet out at 4pm

Fridays, 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm, 1^st and 3^rd Fridays-sign up sheet out at 11:30am

– No Fridays prior to Holidays

Service: Immediate relief of Pain only (may include)

• Sedative Fillings
• Palliative Treatment
• Management of Oral Infections
• Assessment of minor dental trauma
• Extractions
